Upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff are very welcoming and helpful, and provide a small map of the area and also point out all of the the main attractions, very helpful! I read before coming that some people complained they were “pushy” but I thought they were just being helpful and were interested in making their town enjoyable to visitors. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Danang, the staff were so friendly and helpful, they let us stay in the Executive Lounge for the afternoon once we had checked out because I was sick. We also met and had a lovely chat with the General Manager of the Hotel who was so nice. Our room was great, breakfast was great, we would not hesitate to stay there again."
