They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. "We would have liked to stay at the resort, reserved and prepayed online. When we arrived, the place was under renovation and no room available. Dissapointing, and we are waiting for a refund."
