"Great rental for a group of 9 fisherman to enjoy the weekend. The dock is good but for my boat it has to be high tide to use, we did have access to the deepwater ramp on cedar island with this rental. Plenty of space for grilling and chilling. We enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole boards as well.We plan to stay there again in the near future."

"We had a wonderful stay. The boat access was perfect. We found of scallops and other drum sea life. Water was crystal clear and beautiful. Mike was easy to communicate with and very kind. Would definitely recommend."
