"Very easy to board the Tama Den Cat train. You need to go to the JR entrance and tell them that you want to go to Platform 9. The bus to the castle is right in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are very spacious comparing to Ginza hotels. Right in front of the station. "

"This hotel was in a noisy area, but it had the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a hotel. Just bring some earplugs and you'll be fine. It was also really clean inside the rooms and was very nice for the price I paid. I never saw any staff members, even when I tried to call them on the registration device for help. So being self-sufficient would be a good idea."

"The room was enormous! Beds were very comfortable, although pillows were very firm (common for Japan). No wifi, but staff gave us what we needed to connect our laptop via a network cable. Only two significant problems: 1. the toilet stank to high heaven. Fortunately the bathroom (including traditional Japanese style showers and a huge bath) didn't smell. 2. "I booked this stay because the website reported there was shuttle service for the airport. There was NO SHUTTLE SERVICE, even when asked for!! The room I was in did not look like the picture, and there was a very bright "Exit" sign that stayed on throughout the night. It was also very difficult to find, even for cabs with an address. I will not be staying here again!"

"It a very nice no frills hotel; no fancy lobby or restaurant or bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable; almost too low for what you got. But note that even though it advertises an airport shuttle, it runs on a limited schedule, so check on that. Or plan to take the train, which is only one station from the airport. I would have had to wait over 3 hours for the next shuttle, so I hopped on the train. The hotel is just outside the train station. "
