"Excellent stay.. great helpful staff and convenient location. Super comfy rooms, nice amount of space window seating and great showers. I loved the option for the onsen and it was super hot and relaxing. People with tattoos can also use the facilities from 12 MA-4AM.. "Very easy to board the Tama Den Cat train. You need to go to the JR entrance and tell them that you want to go to Platform 9. The bus to the castle is right in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are very spacious comparing to Ginza hotels. Right in front of the station. "

"This hotel was in a noisy area, but it had the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a hotel. Just bring some earplugs and you'll be fine. It was also really clean inside the rooms and was very nice for the price I paid. I never saw any staff members, even when I tried to call them on the registration device for help. So being self-sufficient would be a good idea."

"We were surprised with the newly renovated hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I told him we could not catch the next morning train back to Shin-Osaka with their regular shuttle service, he offered to help us to book taxi and printed out train schedule with platform on/off outlined. View from our corner room 456 was stunning. We booked fish dinner which was good, breakfast was a bit boring Japanese rice but they provide enough coffee for coffee addict ;-)"

"The hotel room was terribly dirty. It seems no one cleaned the room after the previous chek out. Fortunately the bathroom was nicely cleaned. There were here on the pilow. There was dust on the floor. Someone's ornaments was also there in the rooms. Overall the room was not clean at all."

Very comfortable affordable hotel
"It a very nice no frills hotel; no fancy lobby or restaurant or bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable; almost too low for what you got. But note that even though it advertises an airport shuttle, it runs on a limited schedule, so check on that. Or plan to take the train, which is only one station from the airport. I would have had to wait over 3 hours for the next shuttle, so I hopped on the train. The hotel is just outside the train station. "
