"really enjoyed my stay here! the location is so convenient, its just a straight walk to the shopping district and train station. breakfast is good - but there's 7/11s and family marts close by for food options. staff were exceptionally friendly and amenities were lovely. room was quite spacey for japan as well. i would stay here again "

Lots of things to do within walking distance including Family mart, a grocery store, little shops and some amazing little cafes of various ilk. We used this as our launch pad for a week in Kyoto. "Really nice hotel in a great location in the modern area with many restaurants and shops but just across the river from the older area with many of the shrines and temples. Mattress was a little firm, but that seems to be the norm in Asia. "
