The property, the rooms, the staff were all amazing! The breakfast is definitely a must if you're staying here and it's walkable to most places and stations if you're planning on venturing out. The dinner course was great too if you're not looking to go far for food. Shuttle to Kyoto station was also a huge help. Thank you again for the amazing stay!

Hotel is located on a quiet street but in walking distance to major attractions and the main streets. Hotel students are very friendly and we liked breakfast options. We also used shuttle from and to the train station which runs every hour. Overall a great stay!

professional staff that was very helpful in helping me in receiving and sending my luggage bags. the hotel was very nice, with clean rooms and a atmospheric lobby. the hotel itself is in a quiet area, but still close enough to walk to the busier areas and especially close to popular temples and other similar areas. when needing to go further distances both bus and train were easily accessible. this is my second time at this hotel and my preferred option everytime I'm in Kyoto

This is my favourite hotel of all the hotels in which I have ever stayed. The room was excellent; the bed was comfortable; and the location was great. The entire staff was exceedingly friendly and service-oriented. The quiet alleys around the hotel are picturesque, and the location is ideal for short, early-morning walks to some temples and shrines that get crowded during the day. If I come back to Kyoto, I will be staying here.

This hotel is an excellent choice for hotel in Kyoto. Hotel is new and beautiful. Great room design with modern comfort. Customer service is superb. Area is within walking distance to temples and Gion district. Lots of traditional shoes and houses around. Shuttle bus to Kyoto station is a big plus. Love this hotel!
