Very neat and accommodating staff. Everything was clean and its in the middle of Kyoto so if you want to be a turist, its easy to get to and nijo Castle is close by! Atmosphere and everything was very good at this place, would have liked to stay longer just cause how good it was

It is a bit of a walk from the train however that is the only downfall it was totally worth it though! When checking in they told us they were going to upgrade us to the best room the hotel had because it became available and oh boy were we surprised! It was so kind to do for no reason at all and the room made the trip for us it was extremely beautiful and cultural it made our trip so much better! We will 100% be back and staying there again!! This is a must book spot!

This was one of the favourite places we stayed on our trip. The kids loved the bunk beds, the large table was nice to sit at, the kitchenette was very useful. The staff were very nice and helpful. There were some good places to eat nearby and the bus and train stations were close. Not far to some excellent shopping areas. Would return!

Hotel was very clean and large for Japanese standards. There were 4 (2 adult size boys) of us and it felt comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and bedding comfortable. Location isn’t too far from subway (about 10 mins). Staff were friendly and beyond helpful. Great value for the $. Will definitely stay again.

This little slice of heaven has picked in an alley was absolutely delightful! The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. The room was very spacious for a room that had to accommodate a family of four. The location is actually quite convenient as well. Close to shopping, groceries, and the train system. 10/10 recommend!
