The room is cleaned daily, with fruit and snacks thoughtfully restocked every day. You can regularly see the cleaning crew throughout the hotel, which truly shows their attention to cleanliness and detail. My wife especially enjoyed both the public hot spring and the in-room hot spring. The shuttle service is always on time, making transportation easy and stress-free. I also heard that a new and improved online shuttle reservation system is in the works, which will make booking much easier for visitors who do not have phone service to call and make reservations.
