Room was spacious however places like standing lamp table lamp, full of spiderweb. Breakfast was so so and staff keep talking than refill the food. Counter staff was friendly Unlikely will stay again

Room was dirty. On the first day, we entered a room with hair on the chairs and desk. The next day, we left tge room with Please Clean sign. Came back with hair on the bathtub.

Excpetional! Our only hiccup was that the bidet stopped working -my guess is the batteries went out- and we had to sheepishly ask for someone to take a look at it while there were contents in the bowl.

Great comfortable room with a huge bathroom & a jacuzzi bathtub. Location of hotel is a little far from the MRT station but location wise, it is rather convenient as there's access to 2 MRT lines (about 15 mins walk to station). The staff is friendly and helpful

Chic and modern hotel in Taipei city
Nice hotel. We stayed here for only one night, but overall it was clean, and comfortable. The hotel has a strict checkout policy though. We had a 7pm flight, and requested if we could check out slightly later. The response was that the latest they would allow is 12.30pm; and every subsequent hour would be charged. Then again, most hotels have strict checkout policy, so this did not faze us much. Just be aware of this if you're thinking of requesting for a late checkout with Tango Lisen. Apart from all that, the hotel is still clean, nice, modern and comfortable. Staff were also generally welcoming.

Efficient and courteous check-in experience, simple but very nice breakfast, great refreshment with complimentary soft drinks and pineapple cakes, very convenient location for commuting on shopping and sightseeing, lots of nice restaurants in vicinity and very comfortable experience on staying.

Dark, smelly, sad hotel
Darkest room we've ever stayed in: tinted windows, why?! Smelly rooms (we looked at 3 different ones and they all stank), smelly lifts and corridors. Paper thin windows let all Street sound in, although the road is actually rather quiet. Super-cold aircon everywhere, even though it was just 10C outside! Had to wear jumper and jacket for breakfast as we were freezing. Staff don't speak much English. Poor hotel overall.

Poor Wifi coverage. Intermittent disruption thoughout stay. Sound proofing not good, wall partition too thin. In-room safe is out of order, but Service from front desk is impeccable.

Tango ChangAn Motel rather than Hotel
This Rating is for Tango Hotel ChangAn. I was "upgraded" to another hotel branch (the Tango Hotel ChangAn) with a smaller room, dirty, smoky, noisy... even with a bottle of water that was already opened and unsealed. Due to the interesting red light district location, Tango ChangAn was very noisy and extremely busy at nights with a lot drunk guests and all sorts of strange "working" women escorts coming in and out of the hotel... Avoid this hotel if you're looking for a quiet getaway...

Many happy surprise
I have many happy surprised from staying with Taipei Tango Changchun. It's a free upgrade. The location is so convenient that we can go to our places with not too much hassle. The room has more facility than we expected. Mostly we are surprised by the extra mile their staff would go to make our stay comfortable and happy. We are vegan people and we can not easy most of the dishes from the breakfast buffet. Susan serving the breakfast area asked their chef a Mr. He to cook vegan dishes just got is. They allowed us to place our luggage with us for safe keeping the last day. And then on rush to go to the train station, the front desk staff even came out to help with our loading of the luggage into the Taxi and make sure we are OK. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Staffs are helpful and nice. The hotel is a bit older than my expectation, but still in good condition. Not very close to MRT, but they have shuttle bus in the morning. Also, they have a tiny gym room, not many hotel at this price range have gym room.

Rather disappointing due to mix-up at check-in
I booked Tango Hotel Linsen,but was asked to stay at their nearby Changan branch.As I had not researched Tango Hotel Changan online,I asked to look at one of the rooms before formally check-in.The room I saw was decent enough,so I agreed.As I arrived around 1pm,a couple of hours ahead of the usual check-in time,I was not able to go to my assigned room just yet.I asked specifically if the room I was shown (already cleaned up) would be the room I was assigned,and was told by front desk staff without hesitation that it was NOT the room I would be staying in.But when I arrived back at the hotel that evening I was given the room card for the exact same room I was shown earlier in the day!Honestly,if I would be staying in the same room I don't understand why they refused to let me check in early into my room.Although hotel manager explained later on that they found some faulty lighting in the room I was assigned so they had to check me into another room at last minute,I was not convinced as it contradicted what I was told earlier by junior staff.The only conclusion I could draw is that the room I stayed in was used as show-room for guests who got transferred from Linsen.The rest of my stay was fine.Staff were generally friendly.The wifi connection was unstable and once I logged on using my phone,I could not log on using my computer,which was frustrating. Room was sufficiently new and clean.The hotel lobby was fairly small and the seating area in the lobby was too dark.

room ok but wifi is bad
i stayed for 3 days 2 nights, breakfast was alright not that great selection limited choice of food. TV is still plasma type.. quiet environment. my only complain or comments here will be wifi, inconsistent disconnecting, imagine login using for 1 min, it disconnect for the next 2 mins and u login again. i had 4 devices with me all showing the same behavior and i did switch to different SSID to try. in the end give up, buy a 4G prepaid card and use.

The Tango Taipei LinSen is a very well run and efficient hotel in an excellent location not far from the main railway station in Taipei. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable and the staff helpful.

1 night stay at Tango Linsen
Hotel is 5-10minutes walk away from the MRT. Considering the density of stations in downtown area probably you can find hotels closer to MRT exits. This time of the year it's OK but when it gets hot, humid, and rainy you would need to take that into consideration. Staff was helpful, however I should note that I had seen much better kindness and attentiveness of staff in other hotels in Taiwan. Room was OK with a very comfortable bed which is not always common in Taiwan where hard mattresses are popular. Taipei is extremely safe but please bear in mind the hotel is just a block away from some shady "clubs" and "spa/massage" places. You will never be in any kind of danger, this being Taipei, but you may not find the street to be the most pleasant one at night.

Breakfast spread is not wide enough & very limited choices.. No bacon, ham, sunny sideup egg etc. A good 8-10 mins walk to ZhongShan MRT so may not be that convenient if you're travelling with older people. The hotel is nearby to the famous unagi rice & also the Hotpot.

Sharing experience on stay with Tango Taipei
The Tango hotel stay was a nice experience. They had the best bathroom facilities. Jacuzzi bath with TV/music/lightings effects! And the Japanese washlet system is available with automatic W.C cover that opens up when you go near. The breakfast provided was good as they change the main menu everyday. Most hotels has almost same menu daily. Location is secondary thou. Need to walk to Shandao Temple and it takes about 7-8 minutes walk. However, they do provide shuttle services in the morning but remember to pre-book it. Strict with checkout time. you need to pay 500 NT for extending half an hour. However,I would still recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a good city position. There are many restaurants nearby and many varieties of food avaiable. Staff try hard to help but their English needs a little work. Rooms are very clean and looked after well. Breakfast is ample mini bar is quite adequate.
