"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "

"Very nice accommodations. It is a little outside the city of Bern but friendly helpful staff. Clean modern hotel. Washer and dryers for a fee but good to have option to wash clothes. If you are traveling through Switzerland I recommend having a small fan in your luggage as most hotels don’t have air and a fan would come in handy in rooms. Loved the hotel and Bern!"

"I have stayed at the Max Aviation property which has the same owners and was pleased when this was available for my extended stay. Everything was very nice and the property manager was very quick to reply to my needs. I would recommend it. The only thing that was not as I would like was that I could hear the people walking on the floor above me. I will stay here when I come again."
