"Everything was within a 30 minute walk making it easy to just park our vehicle for the trip. Additionally, the hosts were very welcoming to me and my dogs!"

"This is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment with a nice view in a beautiful area. Communication with the host was easy, and the host was very helpful. There are good restaurants along the shoreline within easy walking distance. One thing to be aware of: the property is on a busy street, and there are freight trains running along the shoreline -- at some distance but with noisy horn signals during the night. Alas, that's true for all properties in this part of town."

"First, beautiful home, nice area, neighborhood. Ground keeping was neglected, grass all around property was ankle high.Easy check in, Weird smell upon entering the homeThermostat was quite difficult to learn to operate. Cleanliness, definitely needed attention. We moved the couch and found dirt, debris and other things underneath the couch…. Disgusting, contacted owner, they offered 50.00 reimbursement. I felt that was not appropriate for us considering we had to clean before even unpacking. Spoke with agency, they compensated us for the inconvenience, just thought it was unprofessional for owners to think that 50.00 was suitable for such an inconvenience. Pictures of home online is nice, but property needs a lot of attention in several areas to meet the online pictures. To be honest this could definitely be a nice property to spend time in. "

"This place was absolutely amazing! We had a function we were attending at the Tacoma dome for the weekend, and this place was perfectly placed for us! The views were incredible, the neighborhood is safe, and the home is absolutely gorgeous! We were all very comfortable in this home and will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Tacoma if it is available.Everything that we could possibly need and then some was available. 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"Studio unit was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Its location was convenient to downtown businesses & grocery stores. View of the water from 4th unit was lovely. The building itself is old and metal keys are required to access the building's front & back doors and the unit. To access the rental, arrangements were required to meet the building manager to obtain the keys. Building Manager very gracious and helpful with the building's off street parking options. "
