Julia's Gulch provides forested trails winding through native vegetation while residential areas showcase mid-century homes with manicured gardens. A car is recommended for exploring this quiet area and reaching city centre Tacoma's urban attractions.

"This property was clean and conveniently located near the Tacoma Mall. While the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t necessarily the best, it did not negatively affect my experience at the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff was extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating. Due to unexpected circumstances, we had to extend our stay longer than originally planned, and the staff was flexible and worked with us throughout the entire process.
