Wake up to panoramic views of the Puget Sound, stroll the short walk to Old Town and the waterfront, then toast the day's end while drinking in the sunset. Perched on a hill overlooking the Puget Sound, this high-end property is mere minutes away from all of the entertainment and dining offered in the Proctor neighborhood and downtown Tacoma. We can't wait to host you!

This listing is for the BOTTOM unit of a duplex. Each unit sleeps six and both can be rented for a total of 12 guests.

This tastefully renovated Tacoma property features high-end amenities and a modern vibe. Enjoy a bottle of wine (from the tasting room only blocks away) in front of the gas fireplace. Socialize with guests and enjoy the view while cooking in the well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counters. Enjoy the full en-suite bathrooms, flat screen televisions, full capacity washer and dryer, and comfortable sleeping space for six guest with a king bed in the front master, queen in the back master, and a surprisingly comfortable full-size fold-away in the spare closet!

Our home is one of the more updated, modern, and clean you will come across, with great care taken in nearly every detail. You will not be disappointed after staying with us!

NEIGHBORHOOD
This is by the far the best neighborhood in Tacoma, right in the heart of Old Town and two blocks from the waterfront with expansive views of the Puget Sound. Just minutes from the Tacoma Dome, Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, and Point Ruston (with a movie theatre and amazing shopping and dining). Guests can hit the Proctor farmer's market, the fresh fish market on Ruston Way, or explore nightlife in downtown Tacoma. Three are Uber drivers aplenty, the bus stop is within a block, and you can even ride bikes.

PARKING
Ample on-street parking available, and for persons who cannot do the staircase from the front street, back street parking is also available.

Accessing this property requires navigating steps with no railing. The front of the property has a somewhat steep and narrow staircase up from 30th street. The path from the alley at the back of the property has fewer steps with railings on most stairs.

Another terrific stay in Tacoma

This our third stay here at this spot with such a beautiful view of the Bay. Fantastic attention to detail and cleanliness and very responsive communication with management throughout our stay. Loved our time and we'll be back.

Awesome stay

We had a very nice stay. I chose this place before the night of my wedding with my bridesmaids and then my new husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding. The view was my favorite part!

Fantastic location, great host

We were visiting for a wedding and this condo had everything we needed. Only hiccup we had was the hot water stopped working but the property manager promptly got it fixed within a day. It's a beautiful location and has easy access to anything in Tacoma. Highly recommend!

Great location

Very nice place with a wonderful view of commencement bay. Easy walk into old town Tacoma. Slightly longer but pleasant walk to proctor neighborhood. Both areas have restaurants and coffee etc. house was well equipped and owners worked diligently to resolve issues with heating system. We would definitely recommend and would rent again.

Gorgeous decor, comfortable bedding and a designer kitchen; a winning combination for this large upscale multiplex in scenic North Tacoma. Had one minor maintenance issue that was quickly addressed. I highly recommend.

Beautiful view from the unit. Exceptionally clean with nearby access to local restaurants. Good communication with owner. My husband lost one of his hearing aids and it was found and mailed to us. Hope to stay at unit for future visit.

Wonderful and spacious with a view!

We have nothing but good things to say about this place. The location was excellent ... very close to the water and to Puget Sound University if you are visiting the college. Our teen walked to the coffee shop down the hill each morning. The neighborhood is very safe. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are nice and large. We also really appreciated the coffee and creamer. Another bonus ... we had forgotten a few items (like toothpaste) and they had a bunch of toiletries that we could use ... thank you so much!
