Very hard to find budget accommodation in the area. This facility was very basic.Room very small. Shared bathroom and toilet OK at the price. Would not saty again unless no other choice.

We have requested a refund waiting to hear back still, mould on walls & ceiling, rubbish/razors in communal shower, toilet dirty with last visitor not flushing, stunk. Nothing like online photos. Outdoors was nice & man at bar was lovely.

No staff at all present on first attempt to check in. Second attempt 3 hrs later successful. Entire accommodation area reeked of smoke despite multiple no smoking signs. The room was clean and tidy but once again reeked of smoke. the window wouldn't even stay open to allow airing. Appeared to be a plastic garbage bag covering what I think was the smoke alarm in the room.

Shower head was broken in room, no after emergency hour contact another guest was stuck outside of her room all night as she lost her card. And ended up sleeping on the floor because there was no contact number.

The place is basic, like a Youth Hostel without shared bedrooms. Info doesn't mention that there are basic kitchen facilities available, kettle, microwave, small fridge. If I'd known that, I would have catered differently for myself. Info says coffee is available downstairs, could not see that at 8am. And the parking is shared with hotel patrons so not guaranteed. Worth mentioning for EV drivers, there is a charging station at BP Hassell St Rosehill, 5 min away.

I was uncomfortable with the team member at the bar taking a photo of my licence and id on her personal phone. When I questioned what she was doing, she said she needs to take a photo to send to her manager in case anything happens during the stay. I do understand accommodation usually take copies of these things, however this is usually a photocopy, or a hold on a card, where it can be controlled... not on a personal device. I have advised my bank in case of any charges.

Very dirty shared bathroom facilities, stains all over walls in the room. Very hard bed, only one pillow provided per person. Fire alarm went off at 1am due to a guest smoking in the toilets. Staff unable to turn off immediately and offered no apology etc Will not be returning

No bathroom, just a shared, broken and dirty option. Unsafe car parking. This is an old pub, filled now with pokies. A high stair climb up an ancient staircase to a tiny room with no heating option. I chose not to stay after checking in and handed back my key quickly.
