This was our second stay at Pullman Penrith and we received same warm welcome with bubbles. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is conveniently located, and onsite amenities are great Thank you to our Guest Service Manager, Georgia for going beyond to assist us during our stay. Highly recommend

Clean rooms, nice atmosphere. The superior room had 2 double beds which were ok but didn't leave much space in the room. The glass bathroom door does not provide privacy while sitting on the loo or in the shower, so it's not appropriate when sharing the room with tennagers or other companions. Room was not ready when I arrived at 5pm and I had to wait with a crying baby for over 25 minutes. Then there was another persons food in the room and no basic tea bags.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Pullman Penrith. The hotel is basically new, has great facilities and the parking is safe and convenient under the building with Lift access direct to the hotel floors. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed, including offering champagne and iced tea on arrival. A bit of a 5 star feel, in the heart of the ‘The Riff’

Nothing I didn’t like. Lovely hotel in every regard. Room so comfortable and clean. Like the use of tech. Excellent dining options and so convenient for my needs. Loved the complimentary sparkling wine on arrival. Very friendly and efficient staff. Buffet breakfast high quality. Will definitely return
