Lack of room servicing
No daily room services - when paying a decent nightly rate I would expect the room be serviced daily. Did leave the tag on the door to have the room serviced multiple times and this was not done. Asked for fresh towels and bins to be emptied via reception; towels & new bin liners were left on bench. We had to change bins ourselves and dirty towels were left for us to remove. Besides this it was a nice room and the restaurant on site was great.

Great location & spacious rooms
The hotel is in a great location, close to most things & the tram is just out the front. The room was very spacious for the 3 of us. Staff very friendly. Kitchen had everything we needed. My only negative is the bedroom didn't have any natural light coming in & was very dark.

I recently stayed here for my 40th Bday and the staff were fantastic! I got a bottle of wine on arrival as a present and free parking for the first night. We had a number of people staying at the hotel and the staff were always helpful when we all were going to eachothers floors. The hotel is also in a great location, easy to walk or tram everywhere around the city.
