I stayed here for a week. The hotel was nice as was the staff. Also there are lots of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel doors and I never had to go far to eat an incredible meal.

Bed wasn’t comfortable. I could hear lots noises from here n there. Couldn’t sleep at all. I don’t recommend this hotel to other ppl. Only thing i like was services.

The location was a bit inconvenient. Also, the rooms had nowhere to sit--no chairs to sit at the desk. There were footstool things but they were not suitable. The walls are pretty thin. I could hear too much of what others were doing. The staff was hepful and kind, so that made up for some of the other things.

Nice space, nice staff.
We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile. Some of them did not have much English ability, but I felt their helpful attitude made up for that. The room itself was modern and nice - 4 people per room fit comfortably in the large rooms. The location is right near a nightlife area but the hotel itself is a bit removed, so you can join in the festivities or rest quietly as you prefer.

5 Stars.
Very clean, comfy, and modern. With a kind staff. Very high quality for the low price. (They just need better Wi-Fi service.) My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. If you ever come to Suwon South Korea, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location and price
The hotel is in a very good location near the entertainment area of Suwon City Hall. The bed was really comfortable with a spacious bathroom.

First off, the room was way smaller than what I expected. I wasn't even given the same room they sent me via email. Secondly, what bothered me the most is that it smelt like an ashtray. I asked for a non-smoking room (I'm an asthmatic) so this was extremely bothersome. There were many things that bothered me but these being the most important. I would never book from this hotel again.

외국인들이 많아서 시끄럽고, 자기전에 시끄러운것은 이해할 수 있지만, 새벽 6시에 버스기사를 깨우기 위해 문을 두드리면서 소리를 지르는것이 다 들리면서 아침잠을 깼습니다. 이거보는 님들 아침에 누가 소리질러서 잠 깨면 기분 더러운거 아시져?

직원분의 서비스는아주 만족하나! 설비상태. 화장실배수막힘.샤워호스 누수. 등기구 배열 비뚤어진상태 . 바닥타일깨찜. 화장실에 다른방에서의 물소리 .전체적으로 불랴밉니다.

다시 방문은 하지 않을 껍니다
사진에 올라온 객실과 실제상황이 차이가 큽니다. 냄새는 없었으나, 모텔처럼 느껴질정도 였습니다. 호텔이라고 보기에는 아니라고 봅니다.

壁が薄過ぎて隣部屋の声が丸聞こえだった。そして部屋の床などがちゃんと掃除されてなかったのとリンスなどのアメニティがちゃんと揃ってなかった。ただ、韓国のホテルには中々ない風呂がついていたのと従業員用の洗濯機を使わせて貰えたのはありがたく思う。

로비는 호텔, 객실은 모텔, 식사는 게스트하우스
수원 1박2일 여행으로 와서 1박 숙박했습니다. 가격대비 객실은 나쁘지 않은정도이나 실내가 환기가 잘 않 되는지 좀 눅눅했습니다. 처음 객실을 들어갔을때 느낌은 번화가 모텔에 들어간 느낌입니다. 로비의 저녁타임 직원이나 오전 직원들 모들 친절한 느낌을 받았으나 식당이모는 좀 건성인 느낌이네요. 아침식사때 식사하는 팀이 우리가족을 제외하고는 1,2팀 밖에 없네요.(10월20일 기준) 그나마 우리팀을 마지막으로 마감했는데 그시간이 아침 9시가 약간 넘었습니다. 그래서 우리가 나갈때 들어오던 한 가족은 이용을 못한게 아닌지 생각되네요. 아침식사는 굳이 먹지않고 근처의 해장국집을 이용하시는게 나을꺼 같습니다. 전반적인 이용만족도는 중간이지만 아침식사만 생각하면 다시 이용할 생각이 들지 않네요.

설명과는 다른 시설, 평점과는 다른 경험
체크인시 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 사진과 전혀 다른 작고 낡은 방을 배정해주었고 설명과 달리 컴퓨터도 없었습니다. 이슈를 제기하자 넓은 방으로 변경해주셨는데 PC가 먹통이어서 전혀 사용할 수 없었고, 시설은 사진과 유사했으나 전반적으로 낡아보였으며, 수건 걸이가 샤워실내부에만 있고 세면대에는 없는 등 객실 이용시 편리함이 떨어졌습니다. 또한가지는 호텔스닷컴에서 결재완료후 4시간 이후 도착했으나 결재확인이 안되어 밤늦은 시간에 직원이 객실로 찾아와 예약내역을 다시 문의하는 등 불편했습니다. 저렴하게 예약하여 가성비를 생각할 수도 있겠으나, 앱에 나온 평점이나 코멘트와는 전혀 다른 경험이었기에 디테일한 후기를 남기니 참고하세요..

선착순 방 배정으로 예약시 보았던 방보다 안 좋은 방으로 배정, 화장실에서 냄새.

고객님 뭐라 드릴 말씀이 없습니다....ㅠㅠ 관리자의 입장에서 깊이 신경 못 쓴 점 진심으로 사과드립니다. 현재 모든 객실 점검하여 객실 침구류 타월 외 비품을 전체적으로 교체 작업을 마쳤습니다. 기존 청소 담당자분들도 다시 한 번 교육하였고요. 숙박시설은 첫째도 둘째도 청결인데 많이 불쾌하시리라 생각됩니다. 앞으로 더욱 객실 관리에 만족을 가하도록 노력하겠으니 다시 한 번 방문해 주신다면 좋은 추억 남겨드릴 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

넓고 시설도 빠지는 게 없어서 친구와 저 둘 다 좋다!! 연발하고.. 만점 드릴뻔 했는데 화장실에 벌레가 좀 있더라구요ㅠ 환기를 제대로 안 했거나 청소가 미흡했거나 한 듯
