"Lovely central location, quirky but comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great bed!
Only negative was a very noisy bathroom floor which creaked very loudly, ensuring that all were wide awake once the other paid a visit during the night!"

"Great Location.
Well Equipped.
Spacious.
Should be noted that the bedroom on the top floor has steep narrow stairs and not suitable for all.
Dust in places.
Was woken up by noise from the cafe underneath."

"Such a friendly welcome & a really great stay in Woodbridge with gorgeous views up the Deben. Breakfast was really lively. Would definately come back "
"Accommodation was lovely except 3rd bedroom was more a cupboard with a curtain, no door, and a camp bed with metal cross bars that you could feel. Situation was perfect, close to river and town centre. Garden was not secure for my dogs as there was access via gates both sides to neighbours and both gates were left open one night. Parking was on the very narrow road, all full when I arrived and double yellow lines everywhere meant I was ready to go home as I couldn’t park away from the property and carry everything to the cottage, luckily a place became available on my last drive round.
