"This is a pristine condo with such kind hosts. They provide everything one would need for a stay away from home. The views are stunning, the beds are cozy. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It is so peaceful and quiet except for the sounds of the ocean waves crashing. We will definitely be back for another stay."

"Excellent view from second floor, no stairs from parking lot to unit which is a plus for us. I like the second bedroom bed arrangement, perfect for our daughter and granddaughter.. Very well equipped unit, including table linens. New sofa and chairs in living room, which are very attractive and comfortable. Left my instant read thermometer on accident, but others can enjoy and I'll buy a new one. First time staying for Thanksgiving and have reservation for next year already and one before that in July to get out of the Valley summer heat. "

"Stayed with our 2 adult sons and my aging parents. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and prepping Thanksgiving sides for our Friendsgiving celebration in Watsonville. Access to the beach was perfect. Plenty of parking. Other occupants super friendly. Condo was clean. Beds were a little soft. Master bedroom was amazing. Second bedroom a bit crowded and the bathroom off second bedroom a bit small but my adult sons are big men. It’s all good. Would go back in a heartbeat. 4 people is ideal. I’d go back with our 6 in a second. Pajaro dunes are perfect if you want to escape the crowded beaches of Aptos, Santa Cruz, Monterey etc. beautiful walking paths Loved it!!"

"The house was amazing, with a fully stocked kitchen! Also fully stocked for a beach day! A perfect location, protected from afternoon beezes, and the perfect deck to watch the sunset! Maria was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Would whole heartedly recommend and will definately stay again when I'm in that area! Than you.
