We had a good time, we noticed there is a problem with sugar ants in the kitchen and a homeless man sleeping on the front lawn several times, The neighbors were friendly but very concerned about the homeless man, thank you for letting us stay at your home, it was in a great location😊🌴

Perfect for us

Didn’t want to be on the strip. A quick LIFT got us there for our show. We hung at the house, walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the LV warmth. Pool was nice but too cool to swim. Will check this properties availability for our next visit!

Convenient and Family-friendly stay!

A very well maintained property in a nice neighorhood that is convenient from the airport and the Strip. We travelled for work nearby but were genuinely surprised at how close this property is from the major tourist destinations if you're renting a car for your trip. The pool is not heated but is well maintained and cleaned. You have everything you need at the place especially if you're staying longer than a weekend. Will definitely look for this property when we come back to the city. Thanks hosts!

Excellent location

We had a two week stay with friends for one of those weeks. We are not a good sample as I was on crutches, and everyone was limited because of me. We explored the area and restaurants as well as casinos.We spent a lot of time at the house visiting. It was cool so we didn’t spend a lot of time outdoors. I’m sure it is lovely when you are able to use the pool.The owner and manager were very personable and helpful. It is a nice property.

Just outside of the Vegas Strip

We had a little mix up at check in but it was resolved and we had a comfortable stay. Natalie and Jay care about their guests and they have a lovely, comfortable and spacious home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to the Vegas Strip with groceries and restaurants nearby. Our family enjoyed experiencing a bit of Vegas and the surrounding areas with teens and grandma: Cirque du Soleil, Old Fremont, Vegas Strip, Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon. Oh and the pinball museum and Area 15 too.

Quiet neighborhood with a central location

Property was clean and as advertised! Pool was great; you could probably fit 2 smaller cars in the garage. En suite bathroom was nice, with plenty of space, water pressure, and the water heater was easily able to keep up with running both showers at the same time! Neighborhood was nice and safe while being centrally located - about a minute to get on 215 and another minute or 2 to the i-15 interchange! Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, and cutlery for a large group to eat in (though you shouldn't miss out on vegas restaurants!) and an Albertsons grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Overall a great place to stay, thanks Natalie and Jay!

Perfect homebase!

This place is perfect for a getaway in Las Vegas. Less than 15 minutes to the strip and less than five minutes from the airport with tons of eating options all around the neighborhood. The check-in process could’ve been a little bit easier; rather than having to wait for someone to give me the information I needed to get into the house when I arrived it could just be given 24 hours before arrival. And in the kitchen and in the bathroom there were ants, not a whole bunch, but enough that needed to be killed. The house had plenty room though and the pool was amazing! Definitely would stay here again when I come back to Vegas!

Family Getaway

This house is in a great location (about 10 mins from the airport) with very little airplane overhead noise. Just off the I-215 Interstate so it was easy to get anywhere and about 10 mins from the strip and 15 mins from Henderson. House was clean and had plenty of room for a family of four (or more). Pool and patio area was clean and great for some sun and grilling. Owner also provided various pool items such as noodles and floaties. House has many amenities to make it easy for cooking and meals. Owner provided plenty of linens and towels for use. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. The only issue for us was the master bed and the queen bed were hard but we realize it's hard to please various sleeping preferences. Twin beds were a little softer. Owner was easy to communicate with. We would definately recommend this property!

My girlfriend & I rented the house for 4 weeks (mid March-mid April 2023) throughout the stay we had friends & family stay as well as some time just for ourselves. We also brought our 6 lb tea cup yorkie, who loved exploring in the enclosed back yard. The location of the house was perfect as it was 5 minutes from the airport and ~ 15 minutes to the strip. The neighborhood was very quiet & we enjoyed walking around with our dog. The layout of the house was open and we immediately felt ‘at home.’ Plenty of room, even when we had guests staying. Having a car is necessary & always park in the garage to keep it cool. We did many day trips, Red Rock Canyon National Park, The Hoover Dam, The Grand Canyon & one day we drove up the mountains where they had snow. Everything you need is close by, gas, restaurants, Outlet Mall, groceries… Owners were easy to contact when we had a question and were accommodating.

We had a great stay. The location is great because it is close to the strip and to various restaurants and stores. The communication with the host was good also, with quick responses to our questions. It was the perfect sized house for me, my hubby, and our 2 dogs.
