"This hotel was incredible! We got there exhausted early morning and they allowed us to check in right away and had a room ready for us. Its centrally located to everything and we were able to take the bus from Bus Stop 5. We also walked to the BSI station which is only 20 mins away. The staff were courteous and kind. Housekeeping always did a great job as well. I wish they had more chicken or vegan food options on their menu, but other than that, everything was perfect! I’d definitely stay here...

"Loved our two night stay at Exeter Hotel! We were able to park our small camper van in the garage, but it’s very narrow in there. There’s free parking nearby. Breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend cured salmon and rye bread! Staff was very helpful. Our room was very nice and stylish with gorgeous view of marina and Harpa. My husband really enjoyed the sauna. We would definitely stay again! "

"The property was the perfect introduction to Iceland for me. The property has a unique and beautiful character to it. It's obviously a labor of love. It's also kept and maintained well.
