The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which really made a difference. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and the convenient facilities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free."

"The room is generally matched with what it was listed. Pretty spacious and clean on arrival. Great location. Overall experience was good. The only disappointment was I called the night before to the staff that I have extended and paid for another two nights, wishing to keep the same room stays. However I still got waken up by their morning call from the front desk asking me to check out. It seems there’s no communication between shifts or proper documentation from the night staff. Else I request to do the housekeeping, expecting the bathroom floor will be cleaned as well but the hairs were still on the floor."
