"Perfect for a budget stay - We had a 2-room dormitory suite with kitchen. Austere, as expected for a dorm. Need a car but plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Air conditioned! Kitchen does not include any dishes, cutlery, etc., so bring your own. Friendly staff."

"Stayed at the Comfort Inn on Regent Street in Sudbury for one night... July 20, 2025. The room was neat and clean with a small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator (very common with two-storey hotels it seems) so not great for people if they have mobility issues. We, unfortunately, had a noisy family in the next room that kept going until past midnight. This is not a reflection on the hotel. We didn't complain to management but we may have if it had continued into the late night. Overall, a very nice hotel and we would stay again if we are in the area."

"The property itself was great! We loved it. Unfortunately Sudbury itself was the disappointment here. The property was clean, well kept and the staff were super nice and friendly. "
