This was our 3 rd sty at this hotel in 3 months . just loved it . The staff the pool , the great burger lab at the pool .
Comfy beds , water everyday , a fridge and very helpful staff .
Only complaint was the man who worked at the coffee and I understand this is not managed by the hotel .

Great staff. Quaint building.
Nice place. One negative, the place required maintenance.
The air conditioning was totally inadequate. The temperature in the bathroom was always 25+C, very sweaty

"We had such a great experience here. Close to everything. Shopping was great. Food was amazing. We have a very close and clear view of the Petronas Towers from our room. Staff was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about this place."

"This is a mandarin oriental, but i felt the rooms are showing their age. The shared restaurant and swim facilities are excellent. The team there are excellent as well.
