"I am delighted that I was able to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and set in an incredible setting. The staff were all very friendly and really made me feel welcome. The breakfast and facilities (pool, sauna etc) all looked good although I didn’t use them. I will have no hesitation about returning to this hotel! "What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful exterior, and the indoor decor makes you feel warm and cozy. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, well thought-out, comfortable and immaculate. We opted to pay a little extra to have dinner included; the meal was delicious. Sadly, our schedule only allowed one night's stay; hopefully we'll get to return for a more leisurely visit."

"What a wonderful hotel located in a very pleasing area, Altstadt Innsbruck. The owners have done a fantastic job updating this hotel built in the 1400s. Everything is top-quality from the furnishings to the hardware to the environmental intelligence to the breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at Weisses Kreuz twice now, and will stay there every time I visit Innsbruck. "
"Super big room and bathroom. Located slightly further from city centre but still walkable. Very convenient to access funicular to top of Innsbruck. Home has a great view of the alps and felt really safe!"
"Very short walking distance to Altstadt and Maria-Theresien-Strasse. Great cafe adjoining (Cafe Central) with a wonderful patio. Friendly staff and wonderful service. Would definitely stay here again!"
