"The hotel is laid out like a village and was great for a family with young kids, Staff are nice and friendly, Pool and kids playground are both great to have. The sofa bed was possibly the least comfortable "bed" we have ever slept on, they should provide a light mattress to use over it as it's like sleeping on a wooden table. The Bar is very small and quiet so not perhaps for those looking for any kind of social vibe. Location is a nice scenic 15 min walk from main town centre and has nice view...

Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided. Will definitely be back. "
