"Fantastic stay at Ruby Louise! We got in a tad early but they had a room ready to check us in. We arrived on a bank holiday and most store were closed, but staff recommended a few spots for us to check out. There is a gallery on the first floor where you can make tea, coffee and buy snacks. The room was nicely organized and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will return again!"

"We chose because of location which couldn’t be beat and The complimentary breakfast was amazing. A little loud at night on Friday and Saturday nights until late and church bells ring about 5-10 minutes before mass so as long as you don’t want to sleep in too late like after 8am you’ll be fine. Staff were very nice. Simple but large room and bathroom. They do have an elevator though website says they don’t. There is no ac but we went in October and the built in heating was very good because it was a bit cold. There is also a box heater in the room that really heated up."
