"Beautiful,peaceful location. Property is nice. I own an income property so the next part is being picky. Lots of cobwebs and dust. Overall it is clean, just needs a deep clean. Found food and other products left behind tha thad expiration dates from 2019. Reported some other minor things that needed attention."

"Fantastic house on a nice secluded side of the island. House was the perfect home base for all Acadia activities. The pool after a long day was a great way to wind down."

"5.5 STARS!Terra was a most gracious host. Her property is amazing for family gatherings. The property has so many different activities to do. The space is wide open with ample seating indoor and outdoor. Both indoor and outdoor fireplace. She was extremely responsive to inquiries and very timely. She helped us ahead of time by providing information for catering services while on property. She was there at our check-in process to answer any questions that we might have. "

"My coworker friends and I decided to extend a work trip at Acadia National Park and found this great spot! It was so nice, great price, solid communication with the host, and we were surprised with the new Hot Tub!!! Would certainly recommend and come back for a stay. Thank you very much! "

"This property was an affordable way to have an enjoyable stay near all the sights of Acadia. The ability to do laundry during our trip was a big plus as well as 4 twin beds for 4 adults with room to spread out. Generally we spent time exploring Acadia and Bass Harbor but having the house allowed a day of relaxation and puzzle assembly for some while others spent more time hiking. Owners were fantastic!! Would stay again. "

"These two homes are very nice. The space is perfect for multiple families. We celebrated my 60th birthday with our daughters and their families. The homes are well stocked with everything you will need. Very clean and spacious! We had a great time and Jen & Brian were very good hosts. I would highly recommend these properties!
