The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please either put bagged trash in the trash box by the street or drop off at the local transfer station located less than 10 minutes down the street. All trash left in the trash box must be bagged.
Please strip all beds and put sheet/towels in the bottom of the second floor linen closet.
Please turn off all lights, turn off the AC units if used, and set the heat to 65 (if between October and April).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
