"My family and I had wonderful time staying here, with the gorgeous views of the sunset, endless fishing and beautiful wildlife. We will definitely stay here again, my only two real complaints are the cobwebs on the ceiling and the dusty ceiling fans other than that this house is very clean. The house is also in wonderful location, it pretty much sits within driving distance to everything Pagosa. "

"The host was very welcoming, very clear with instructions both for arrival and departure. Post was also available via Messages – which was incredibly helpful!! The day was very roomy, modernly, decorated and designed. The only downfall – on a snowy day – the driveway angle makes it a little challenging to get in and out of. And trucks do not fit in the garage – which was a bad deal – but not a dealbreaker. Kitchen was well stocked with both seasonings, staple ingredients – and there were plenty of appliances, dishes, silverware, etc. Highly recommend this location!! "
