"Staff were lovely throughout the stay. They helped us with room location as I anxiously called in advance. It was our first hotel miles away from home. The staff in the bar area helped with warming milk for my young child. The breakfast staff were all amazing, helpful and very kind to us. The room was “standard” but HUGE for us. We had everything we needed and more!! Would highly recommend staying with this hotel and brand again. Above and beyond expectations!! "

"Clean rooms, a taxi service available at a discounted rate, fast Internet, spacious accommodations, and excellent customer service. I booked for my fussy 21-year-old son, and the above are his comments. "The only issue is that they had no swimming pool", he said. Yea right! For the price I paid, he is Lucky; he got excellent customer service. "
