"I was upgraded on arrival without even asking for it. Check in was quick and Viv answered all of my questions. There is a no smoking policy which I think previous guests didn’t follow. There was a slight aroma, but it didn’t take away from the room at all. But guests should respect those rules for future guests and the hotel’s benefit. "

"We rented this lovely property for 10 days and it was perfect for our needs. The property manager Rachael was very easy to deal with and when we asked about a high chair and travel cot for our one year old she actually bought them for the house which was amazing! It has everything you need and is very well furnished. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and it was a fantastic beach for kids. Easy driving distance to hot water beach. Walking distance to the shop and restaurants in cooks beach. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Would recommend "
"We had a really good time at Sundaze Escape. The house is lovely, just as per the photos and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. However, a handbook for the bach, use of appliances etc. would have been very helpful. Even turning on the hob was a matter of trial and error! A couple of bedside lamps would avoid the need to read in bed using the torch on your phone. Otherwise a great place to stay."
