"Very clean rooms but very small. Cramped is a word I'd choose. I get the concept but the rooms are too small for my liking. The bed was pretty comfortable, loved the lit headboard. I wasn't fond of the only sink in the room being in the kitchen/bedroom. Clean, and new are nice, but too small. I really appreciated the bicycle valet, that was huge. Made staying there doable. I would probably stay there again because of location."

"To access indoor pool had to go outside because indoor lock was broken. The outside gate latch was missing, Ice machine on 5th floor was not working, jaccuzi tub out of order, the handicap lift at poolside was broken. A family had to physically lift their approx 200 lb boy out of the pool. Outside of property condition, staff was excellent and spacious room."

"Close/near UofARK. The stadium is just down the street but wouldn’t walk. It’s a bit too far for that. Dining is sit down, nothing to go, menu only. The pool is tiny, but other areas are nice. Lots of outdoor sitting with fire pits. A little off the path but worth the quiet side. Didn’t see a lot of little kids. My son is 10 and everyone else was older."
