"The accommodations were well-maintained and offered a tranquil environment, and the staff provided exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism and a welcoming demeanor."
"Overall a great stay, liked the rooms and the ease of being close to the beach was worth the price. Overall staff were courteous but felt like they were tired of working there."
"Charming and well appointed boutique hotel in down town Santa Barbara! Two story property with pool and great parking on site. Big room and very comfortable bed. Very quiet and beautiful grounds and landscaping. They serve wine and appetizers in the evening and guests have picnic style happy hour in the courtyard area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We walked to the marina in 10 minutes and ate at Brophy Bros…it was great food with great atmosphere and views. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Exceptional customer service! We will definitely stay again 100%!!"
"The Villa Rosa is an absolute GEM of a property. The location couldn’t be better (right on the beach), the decor and appurtenances are unique and beautiful, breakfast, wine happy hour, clean and comfortable rooms, pool, jacuzzi, and walking distance from everything “Santa Barbara”. This is a property you will travel to again and again.
Staff are all outstanding, and Melody at the front desk is super helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
This is a property with so much charm, you may never leave! We’ll be back again!
