I always try staying here when I come to SB for business. They don’t have an elevator so plan accordingly if you have an upstairs room. Rooms are clean, relatively quiet if you have quiet neighbors and amenities are good and beds are comfortable.

The room was clean and well appointed. The check in process is awful as you do everything online. Why do I need to provide a picture of the front & back of my driver's license? The hotel is adjacent to a popular night club, so is very noisy on the weekends, hence the reason for earplugs left on the nightstand.

Great for pets and close to everything!

We had a great stay at Haley Hotel for fiestas weekend. We took our French bulldog and she loved the outside patio and doggy play area. The best part was how close it was to all the State Street downtown action. We didn't need to move our car once. Overall very clean and friendly staff. We will definitely be back with our dog and friends.

There were several fire pits, hammocks and outdoor seating with a wide variety of outdoor games (eg, cornhole, giant connect 4, jenga, ping pong, fooseball). Easily walkable to shopping and restaurants near State Street. Fresh coffee every morning and the electric fireplace in the room was a bonus. Loved all the nautical features.

Cute place and very pet friendly

Super cute place with great location. Comfy bed with nice linens, friendly staff, nice amenities. Only issues is weak Wifi and if you like to unpack, there is no closet or chest of drawers. Only a post mounted on wall with a few hangers.

This hotel had an extremely cool and relaxed vibe. The room was very clean and really decorated very tastefully. The outside area was really nice, the games and the seating areas were very inviting. The bed was comfortable and all the extras were nice. The teas, waters and mints. We will definitely be coming back.

Exceeded my expectations

Was unsure when I booked this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. Room was nice and bright with a good bathroom off it. Getting your electronic room key and sorting out the parking was a bit of a faff but once done were easy to use. Will return when I next go to Santa Barbara.

Simple, clean and convenient. Well-tended grounds. Doors open to outside walkways- something to note for solo and/or female travelers. Contactless check in and out. Area is walkable to several coffee shops and restaurants. Surprised by unpleasant odors, and opted to drive to most locations. Made a good stop for a quick and hassle-free overnight in SB.
