Room smelt very musty and the shower was leaking and has been for a while with seeing the damage to the bathroom door frame and damage to the carpet

The hallway and the room was clean and tidy. Comes with complimentary tea and coffee. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We were very happy with it. We would definitely book here again if we are staying in Rotorua longer. My only complaint was the shower drain appears to be blocked. We have had to stop mid shower to allow water to drain otherwise it will overflow out of the shower. Also unfortunately the guests next door were very loud until midnight they appear to be a few families booked together several doors from our room. Even though we were at the very end of the hallway their loud voices echo and bounce. Not the property’s fault of course. But maybe could do with a reminder not to make noise after a certain time out of respect for other guests who are tired from traveling. But other than that it was comfortable and clean. The restaurants and shops are minutes away so very accessible.
