Have stayed here multiple times - a firm favorite. It is conveniently located with goog parking. The particular unit we were in this time was clean and comfortable but did show signs of previous leaks on the walls around windows - water stains but was not obviously damp.

This is conveniently located modestly costed accommodation with the convenience of a stand alone cabin with all the comforts of a motel studio but within a campground with ample parking and happy friendly staff and campers. Will stay again - 3rd stay.

Great location. Family friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Long walk to the toilet block unless you walk over waterlogged grass. Toilet block clean but could do with some updating. No mirror in the cabin. Mattress on the bunk bed so thin you could feel each slat through all the blankets and the mattress.

Stayed in a cabin which was extremely clean and spacious with everything you would need for a stay of a few days. The river walk path into town is literally a few feet away. Quiet, safe, and convenient location. Will be near the top of the list for future trips to Whakatane.

Our stay at the Holiday Park was very enjoyable . While we chose the smaller cabin , it was both warm and very comfortable to stay in . The staff very very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and tidy . Communication very clear . Highly recommend this place to stay at . AAA

Very clean , well equipped ,actually it was a last minute booking and I really was impressed. I was driving a left hand drive car and had to jump out to punch in the numbers for the gate , bit worrying but it gave me plenty of time. Great check in and out, friendly young ladies on reception, Definitely stay there again 👍👍👍

Basic cabin, not the cleanest but was just using it as a base to explore the area. Could use witb better ventilation in the kitchen area over the hob as there is none & also in the bathroom as there is only a window that opens to a public walkway.
