"We had a wonderful getaway weekend at this apartment block. The place was spotless and had everything we needed and more really thoughtful touches throughout. We felt so comfortable and happy the whole stay. Definitely a hidden gem, and we’ll be back"

"A lovely unit which was tidy and neat. Had all the facilities needed. Phil and Sue were easy to reach for check in instructions, and were lovely hosts. The location is amazing, with every spot to see in Whakatane within reach."

"Lovely cozy accommodation with stunning tropical style gardens in an excellent location right next to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here on our family holiday. Andrew was great to deal with and responded to any questions promptly. Hoping when we are next travelling to Whakatane this place is available for us to stay at again :)"

"We loved our stay. Everything you needed, warm, spacious, quiet, convenient and my czn is still dreaming about the shower pressure 👍 I was looking for the electric blanket on the bed to find that there wasn't one .. being in the middle of winter! To my surprise I found that what was on the bed was more than ample and there was a spare blanket in the draw. Have stayed in several other motels there but will definitely return to the Pacific Coast motel when in town."

"We stayed at Villa 1 and Villa 2. Both properties were excellent. Beautifully located beach front so we had some lovely sunrises and sunsets during our stay. We’d definitely recommend and go back again sometimes in the future"
