"I did not eat breakfast, the staff were excellent, very nice and accommodating. The hot tub was next to a dark, closed pool. Not very inviting. "

"The place was dusty and bugs and oldish. There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager. I would not want to rent from a third party to stay at heavenly seeing that they’re not kept up with. Bed was semi comfortable that’s a plus. Next time we will just go with the Marriot heavenly for 1,200. "

" we had a really nice stay. the room was clean and smelled good and the bed was comfy so we slept well. the staff were nice and helpful whenever we needed anything. the location was great. everything was close and it felt safe. overall it was an easy and chill stay with no problems. also the front desk was welcoming and quick with check-in. they explained everything clearly and were always helpful when we had questions. would def stay here again"

"The only upside to this place is the location. The mattress had undulations and body indentations; the bathroom shower was falling apart; the nozzles don't work properly. Just make sure you drink enough at the casino so you can't remember the experience."

"Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. "
