If it's your first time travelling during COVID-19  you'll notice plenty of new restrictions and standards in place. Take note of these tips and make your escape to Stateline a smooth one:

• Understand if any restrictions apply to both your destination and origin. It may not be possible to travel depending on local circumstances, so make sure you check before you book your flight.

• Remove items from your pocket, like your phone and wallet, and place them in your carry-on instead of the bins. This will reduce handling during the screening process.
• Separate any food you have for X-ray screening. Food items often trigger the alarm. Putting them in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA officer to handle and inspect your belongings.
