"A group of lady-friends and our daughters managed a quick stop-over to Tahoe City after a busy sport's weekend in Reno. We were looking for a quiet retreat to rest and refresh, and this property and location were ideal!! The townhouse is at the water's edge without having to cross busy roads or hearing any road noise to take in the lake views. The private dock lets you walk right out and enjoy the clean, clear water. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves!It is a short few minutes...

"A nice and more affordable option for those visiting North Lake Tahoe. The Granlibakken has an old-school Tahoe vibe, which can be both charming and dated. This particular room, while checking all the boxes, definitely has a bit of "staying the night at Grandma's house) vibe. Furniture is fully functional, but could use an upgrade. Overall, would stay again for the price, but would enjoy it more with a little refresh."
