"The worst parts of this property was the parking lot issues and they staff's attention to the issue. The parking "cards" seldom worked and, although they were "re-scanned" by staff 5 times during our 2 day stay, it was a true "hit-and-miss adventure. Staff was very aggressive with her attitude towards my wife the first time she went to complain."

"Heavenly ski slope walking distance. Tons of restaurants & bars just outside the hotel."

"The skier express was not working for the majority of our stay. We did not receive an invoice prior to leaving the property because the system was down. I still have not received an invoice despite two phone calls. We stayed in the Plaza building. There were times during our stay that only one elevator was working. Generally, staff were pleasant. There were problems with facility maintenance. "

"The front desk lady seems wasn’t that happy for her position to work there. Literally no welcome or anything no little chit-chat while doing the check in or so she’s just look like AI or better yet the AI much better. Didn’t even explain the garage key or any activity like a voucher or something and that’s very unsettling. Somehow the hotel room was great!!!! "
