I liked that as soon as I walked in the door I felt like I was at home. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. I would stay there again . The only downside was that their isn't air conditioner.

Hotel was a great experience. Nice view of the Mountains and city in the night. Rooms were spacious and living room was pretty big for kids to crawl and play. Staff was reachable and made accommodations. Hotel was extremely clean and was a quiet place. Overall, a great experience and would book again.

I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s only about 9 minutes from the gondola, making it a great location overall.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the fact that it has 2 bathrooms, the balcony, washer and dryer. The jacuzzi area. We had a great time.

Great place to stay. The condo is very roomy with all necessities (full kitchen and dining table, living room with plenty seating). View is gorgeous! Talk about being in the midst of nature! Get out on the balcony and smell the fresh air They provided plenty of towels and bathrooms are kept very clean. A few things to note: The property has a lot of stairs! We didn’t know about this and it was quite difficult for my mother-in-law to climb up/down 4 flights of stairs to get to/from our room. No elevator access. Pull-out sofa is not suitable for adults We stayed in a condo that had pull-out sofa. The mattress is extremely thin, unless you are using it for young/small kids (even so I had to put one of the blankets so my 10-yr old wouldn’t feel the springs), it’s not comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as long as I didn’t have to use the pull-out sofa as a bed.

The room was great. We had the bottom floor and my husband counted more than 50 steps to get down to it from the parking lot. I think that’s a must know before booking. The view was breathtaking & loved that there was a fireplace for a cozy stay. I appreciated that the rooms were locked behind an iron gate that needed the key to enter. The front desk is virtual and you have to talk to someone from a screen. Overall great stay, my husband loved it and would like to be back again someday.

The inside was actually very good, clean and spacious. The stairs need some repair, some felt like they would break loose when stepping on them. Paint and or finish was needed in several places outside the building.

The only downside was that the WiFi signal was very bad on the bottom floor. It kept going on and off all the time. Other than that, the property was clean and quiet. View was amazing! We weren’t able to find the indoor swimming pool and gym in the images provided in the listing.
