"Nicely updated rooms, clean and comfortable. This is a modernized mom and pop motel. Each room has a heater-A/C unit. Set the fan to low or it will keep you awake as it cycles on/off. Some noise from other rooms. But a good value overall. Centrally located."

"The hotel restaurant had some of the best chicken wings i have ever eaten. Also, the gentleman working the front desk was super friendly and timely with the check in process. "

"The roomy king had plenty of space for our snowboard trip and felt clean and comfortable. We appreciated the heat lamp option in the bathroom and the many wall hooks to hang our snow apparel. The bed is on the softer side. Our room was on the ground floor beside the staircase, so Saturday was quite noisy all night hearing other guests use the stairs. Luckily I brought earplugs and Sunday night was quiet. The room was not set up for eating in, but the check-in office/lobby area also functioned as a space to hangout and enjoy coffee/tea, or use the electric water kettle and microwave. All staff were friendly, especially the lovely evening "receptionist" working 1/31. Despite being the only one on shift on a packed Saturday night, she still managed to be welcoming and thoughtful."

The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. A solid choice for a relaxing Tahoe stay. Highly recommended! "
