"If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side. "

The staff was lovely and so helpful and we became obsessed with their breakfast and menu. We felt it was the best food we had in Switzerland by far!

"Hotel was gorgeous and right on a lake with mountains all around. Food was spectacular and eating next to the picturesque view made it even better. With all that being said, the front desk kind of stole the show. They were all super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist anyway possible."
"I love the breakfast buffet. So many breads, ham, cheeses, and more. The view from where I usually eat my breakfast was amazing, overlooking the lake or when it’s not raining, sit outside, have a drink of coffee and watch the ducks swim by or just enjoy the mountain/lake view. The location was about 6mins walk to/from the train station which made my travel to Mt Pilatus and Titlis very short.
The front desk receptionist Linda was very helpful and assisted me when I needed something without hesitation. Great customer service extended to me by her. Thank you Linda! I appreciate you very much.
The thing that I did not like during my stay was I can hear the people’s footsteps from above my room and when they pass by. Another is the configuration of the room where I was in. The foot of my bed was directly close to the door. Other than that the hotel is an excellent place to stay."

"We cannot say enough good about this place. Our one regret is that we did not stay longer. The location is peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what we had imagined a stay in the mountains in Switzerland would be like. The apartment itself was impeccably clean; we didn't find a speck of dust. The apartment is spacious as well. Two bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen and living room... Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. We had plenty of clean bath and kitchen towels. Vrenny, our host, was welcoming and warm despite our language barrier. One thing to be aware of is that it's an 11 minute drive up the mountain from Stansstad. The last half of the drive is on a one lane, two direction road that is sometimes blocked by cows. Part of the charm for sure. We loved our stay and have been thinking about it since we left. We should have stayed longer. And if we decide to travel back to Switzerland any time soon we will definitely include this farmhouse in our itinerary."
