My husband, 20 year old daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with these accommodations. When we opened the door to our room, the blast of cool air from the air conditioning was so welcome after having many days of sweltering hot and humid days without any AC. Then we turned the corner and our jaws dropped from the views from all windows. What a paradise!!! They had the sofa bed all made up for our daughter and the Swiss chocolates they had left out for us were a luxury. We all slept comfortably and waking up to the views put smiles on our faces. The hotel is a short and easy walk from the train and we utilized the train multiple times to get to Lucerne. The only small complaint would be the lack of knowledge from the front desk staff. We asked where to go get a drink and he sent us to a place that had closed. He said there was only one restaurant in the area, which is incorrect. We did eat lunch on the hotel veranda restaurant and I had the best panini of my life! I couldn’t help but eat the whole thing, which is unusual for me. The complimentary breakfast is adequate to fuel up for a full day. We certainly recommend this hotel and if we are to come back to the area, would stay here again.

Wir haben auf unserer Durchreise für zwei Tage eine Junior Suite bezogen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, zudem absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, allerdings haben wir den Kaffeeautomat während des Mahl- sowie Brühhvorgangs als wirklich sehr störend empfunden. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt eine Parkgarage gegen Gebühr. Einige Meter weiter gibt es ein Freibad, dieses haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Gute Restaurants sind genügend vorhanden. Am Dorfplatz gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich sowie hilfsbereit.

Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant.
