"No AC in the unit, which both the onsite staff and Travelocity struggled to offer any sort of workable alternatives. Also, the parking was atrocious; we routinely had to park at buildings 4-5 structures away from ours. Great beaches but very disappointed by the cost vs reality."

"This is the perfect place to stay if traveling with a large family group! The rooms were all a good size and had everything we needed and more. They had extra blankets and pillows available for each room. They had Tupperware available as well as numerous different cooking supplies and spices for the days when we stayed in to eat. The best part is how kid friendly it was. They had a high chair and pack n play for infants as well as a step stool and potty seat toddlers. Everything was clean and the access to amenities was exactly what we needed. Any time I had questions the hosts responded quickly and thoroughly. We look forward to renting from them again next time we venture to Kauai! "
