"Knowleable front desk staff, friendly. Clean spacious room. Quiet area on property and surrounding area however very close to dining, shopping. Unfortunately, we did have a very loud air-conditioning unit in our room when operated. Sounded like a jack hammer. I didn't advise front desk however. Secret Lake Park is mentioned by the hotel as being close by so we took a short drive. It was beautiful. I recommend checking it out. After check out I realized I had lef5 something behind in the room. I sought out cleaning staff, was lucky enough to get supervisor/manager and she took great care of me. I believeher name is Sherri. TY to her. I was able to retrieve my item. Will definitely stay again."

"When I first check in , I asked for early check in which was a 20 dollar extra fee that I didn't mind. Get to my room and half of the lights worked .called down he had to fix a breaker ...then food left in refrigerator, TV upstairs didn't work nor did the microwave.towels had stains but I bring my own just cause of that ."

"The evening girl was so happy and helpful.I forgot her name but she was the reason I stayed there. She noticed I was there before and she explained the loyalty program and signed me up. Breakfast was good just wish they had regular silverware or stronger plastic it’s hard to eat with flexible small plastic silverware. The pool was clean. I will stay again in June when I visit."

"Sanford Holiday Inn Express & Suites our favorite hotel! Enjoyed my stay with my husband we are spent 4 nights here ( during the Rockville) Every years we choose this hotel we love it! Great experience .Nice quiet clean hotel!"

"Good place easy access"

"When our room was cleaned they changed out the towels and took trash. Empty paper roll for toilet and dead bugs on floor. Only half cleaned. Not good. Then a dinner reservation was made for Sunday inside and then we find out that restaurant isn't closed on Sunday so eating on the veranda. Staff should have known that when taking reservation. Not impressed. Tom Moreno here"
