"The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The accommodation was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are parking spaces in front of the property. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The buses that run from there take you to downtown and the central bus station in 10 minutes. There are no downsides to this accommodation. Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay."

"Generally a very positive experience. The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable but the room a little dated. Everywhere was clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing on the first day but did improve."

"Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."

Could do with a heated towel rail in the bathrooms but that’s a small thing really. Overall excellent. Would definitely come back."
