"Great value hotel. Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Live mysic in the evening is great. Interconnected family room was great, though rooms and bathroom are getting tired snd need a refresh. Pool isn't heated and was freezing, but still nice to have and great area for relaxing. Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa

Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good
"Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."
